Mud
Friends Ellis and Neckbone meet Mud on an island in Mississippi, a man who tells them a fantastic story. He is said to have murdered a man in Texas and is being chased by vengeful bounty hunters. Now he is on his way to Juniper, the love of his life, to flee together. The boys don't know whether to believe Mud, but decide to help him anyway.
