Mark and Amanda show Lyndal and Bruce around the new building site and explain their plans for the lodge building while admiring the wildlife and views Mark visits the Zimbabwe National Park Authorities to explain how the lodge site will work and where the different buildings will be Lyndal gives a little more background on the plans for the new lodge

Lyndal and Bruce discuss the lodges special dishes and menu Amanda joins Lyndal and together they meet some baboons and their babies alongside the road on their way to see the famous Baobab tree Once there they see and buy some local statues and carvings Bruce visits the local butcher to see what meats are on offer for the lodge and ends up buying a local delicacy a cows head to go in his stew

Bruce is still working on the cows head making biltong a form of jerky from some of the pieces Lyndal climbs up a platform that was built near the lodge which gives a beautiful view over the site the river and surrounding areas It will be a great viewpoint to see animals walking past Back at the building site the builders start to put the thatch on

Moving the leadwood tree is proving to be nerveracking for Amanda Ant Lyndal and Amanda enjoy a high tea at the Victoria Falls Lodge which becomes a meeting to clear a few things up and Amanda thanks Ant for all his help Back at the building site the thatch is too heavy for the wooden design and as a result its bending the door frames

Ant is now living onsite and starts his day by walking around and checking that everything is okay New sandpaper has arrived and Amanda is diving in and doing some sanding herself Bruce visits Victoria Falls Safari Lodge to check out the competition and see whats on their menu While hes there the Lodge chef shows him how to make their signature Mopane worm dish

On their way to the local market Lyndal and Amanda run into some tourists out on a bike ride who have stopped to look at elephants on the side of the road The team then discovers that elephants have been damaging the thatch roof Bruce visits the local spots to get some more food ideas Meanwhile back at the building site Mark discusses what must still be done before the lodge site is complete

Bruce arrives back from the US and Amanda shows him around the lodge and the progress that has been madenbspLyndal and Amanda interview prospective lodge staff and are impressed by a standout candidate The team is faced with a rainstorm and hurriedly prepares countermeasures

Its time for the big reveal Amanda offers permanent positions to two special people who went above and beyond during the building Bruce has left behind a stunningly equipped kitchen and a solid menu Now Amanda just needs to spend some time with the kitchen staff to make sure that they deliver the 5star quality food that is expected Will all of this work have been for nothing
