Accused of trafficking counterfeit money between France and Bulgaria, Samy, a young convict, is forced to become an informer for the French police in order to escape a new prison sentence. His mission is to infiltrate the Bulgarian pimping mafia. In order to trace this network, Samy kidnaps Elka, an underage prostitute of gypsy origin in a district of Marseille.
