Following World War I, Germany faces a period of poverty. With industrial production at its lowest since their industrial revolution, the Nazi party dreams of setting the country back on a path to greatness through total war. Their first mission is to fund this goal.

To fund their war efforts, the Nazi party had to find a way to reallocate funds. Food was rationed and could only be purchased in limited quantities, but it came at the expense of the occupied lands. It was clear that these efforts were feeding a genocidal obsession.
