Tony explores the widely diverse cuisines and cultures found in the Bronx, learning about the music, food, art and other offerings of this often misunderstood part of the city from locals such as Melle Mel, Kool Herc and Afrika Bambaataa.

A trip to Paraguay is a perfect reason for an investigation into the puzzling history of Tony's great, great, great grandfather, who disappeared there in the 1850s. There's also plenty of time to enjoy Paraguay's rich culture and savory local dishes.
