We meet Akhona Marais, a typical trophy wife who is always hosting parties, consuming large amounts of champagne and being in an unhappy marriage, but keeping up appearance to prove she still has it together.

Akhona ropes Lawrancia and Summer into helping her move the drugs. After all, it was their husbands who stole from Dragon and he'll come after all of them and their families.

After Summer goes to the police to report that Dragon killed her husband, the women are forced to work for Dragon, trafficking drugs until their husbands debt is paid off.

Summer realises she has to help traffic the drugs if she wants her son back. After their first success delivery, Dragon makes a shocking announcement.

Haunted by the memory of Tebza and revenge on her mind, Lolo takes a gamble that unleashes Dragon's wrath on her and Summer gets dragged along for trying to get Dragon arrested.

Curious about the two secret doors in Dragon's house, Akhona attempts to drug Dragon so she can snoop, but she's caught red handed. Lolo suffers a drug overdose.

While delivering drugs, the trio are stopped by a police officer. Akhona makes an impulsive move and the cop ends up dead. The police want answers and eventually finds a witness.

With her face all over the news and out ot options, Akhona decides to leave town. While packing, she finds the key to where Eric had stashed the drugs.

Akhona plays Dragon against Terrance by lying to them both. Terrance catches Dragon trying to move the drugs and she is apprehended, while Akhona receives her reward.

Akhona has newfound power, a new look and a huge pay-out from Terrance for finding the drugs. Akhona takes a gamble and trades her small fortune for Dragon's seat on the cartel.

Thanks to a tip off from Dragon, the police have identified the cop killers. Dragon sends snipers to kill Akhona, but she sacrifices Zakhele instead, while Summer and Lolo are captured at a roadblock.
