Major League Bowhunter

Jeff, Duff, and Chipper give thanks for support received in Season 1 of Major League Bowhunter. They also preview upcoming Season 2 by examining what they have learned after the 2011 season. The show concludes with Code Blue's Steve Lambeth hunting central Kansas in hopes of arrowing an extremely mature buck named 'Grumpy'.

Jeff hunts late September with a bow in central Kansas, battling hot weather and one of the worst droughts in his lifetime. Jeff hopes to catch up with a mature whitetail on it's way to a food source but is all to surprised when he realizes he is set up on the deer's food source, an old food plot.

Chipper hunts 100 degree temperatures in NW Oklahoma during early October. Things go to plan the first hunt with the buck at 35 yards but Chipper's arrow does not follow the script. Chipper keeps the wind at his face and has several more encounters that leads to a 2nd shot opportunity.

Duff hunts NW Oklahoma in early October in hopes of catching one particular 8 point on his feet within range. Duff uses natural vegetation to construct a blind for him and his cameraman in hopes of staying undetected from the big 5 year old.

Jeff hunts SW Iowa in hope of filling the covenanted tag. For good reason Iowa is ordained the whitetail mecca but that doesn't mean you'll always leave with a filled tag. Follow Jeff as he hunts for 2.5 weeks and on the last day has a shot at a big mature buck.

Chipper hunts the Kansas rut and has several close encounter with big mature bucks. After passing a 6.5+ year old buck Chipper isn't going to make the mistake again two weeks later as he chases a doe by his Summit tree stand.

Jeff and Chipper hunt the Wallahachie, fighting the buck's erratic rut behavior and keen senses. Watch as Chipper has a 160' buck he knows all to well at 15 yards and as Jeff tries to use the power of calling to get better looks at borderline bucks.

Jeff, Duff and Chipper share experiences not normally shown on the Major League Bowhunter television show. They poke fun at one another mistakes made during the fall, everything from vehicle troubles, in camp pranks, to the use of abnormally large words. You can't miss the Season 2 closer as the guys share the lighter side of camp.
