A troubled young businessman, Prakash (Saif Ali Khan) is elated when he marries the daughter of a rich businessman. But his father-in-law disapproves of him and won't let him be a part of the business. To get into his good books, Prakash plans to kidnap his wife and then eventually rescue her. But the plan goes horribly wrong when real kidnappers enter the picture.
