Macky (Sam Milby) a hopeless romantic pastry chef, is infatuated with a socialite named Niña (Kristine Hermosa). The main thing getting in the way is his 300 lbs weight. He decides to hire Niña's personal trainer Aira (Toni Gonzaga) in hopes of being physically fit and attractive to her. Things get complicated when Aira and Macky develop feelings in the process.
