Cavalry Captain Harper is determined to bring Halliday to justice, but first, he must lead his men and a handful of massacre survivors to safety through hostile, uncharted territory. Halliday's sympathies are with the Indigenous men, whom he believes have resorted to violence only because of the cruelty of certain white officers.
