- No, a Prime subscription is not required. The Black Friday game is free for Amazon customers in the US. To stream the game, you’ll first need an Amazon account. Once logged in, go to the Prime Video app on your TV, computer, or mobile device, and you’ll see games on the Home page, Sports page, or under “live and upcoming events.”
- To record the game, click the Record Thursday Night Football button on the game detail page before the game starts. For the other Thursday Night Football games, you will need a Prime membership to record. Recorded games let you pause, rewind, and fast-forward freely, plus watch replays until next season starts.
- First, check your device bandwidth speeds. For the best live streaming experience, Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD & 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video will serve the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the bandwidth speed available. If you’re experiencing any issues with video juddering/motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Some examples of the Motion setting include Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture.
- Customers will be able to shop the Black Friday deal event at amazon.com/blackfriday. Fans can also shop great deals and products related to the game by searching "shop the game" in the Amazon Shopping App. You don’t need a Prime membership to take advantage of deals. Anyone with an Amazon account can shop for Black Friday deals.
