The business part of the trip begins as Kim arrives at Cosmoprof in search of the latest and greatest packaging for her skincare line, Kashmere. The next day Guilio takes them on a tour of Florence as Kim struggles to plan a vow renewal proposal for Kroy.

With business behind them Kim, Kroy, and the girls are ready to enjoy Italy. Next stop – Venice! Brielle and Ariana joy ride the canals, while Kim attempts to propose a vow renewal to Kroy.

Brielle’s baseball beau keeps asking her to move in with him, making her wonder if it’s time to finally flee the Biermann coop. Later, The Biermann's discover some disappointing dirt on Ariana.
