Lulu pranks Zakhele into thinking his new home is haunted, enlisting Bra Hugo to help. When Thuli confronts Nkanyiso about it, he calls her no fun. To prove him wrong, she tries to prank the neighbors but goes overboard, losing control of the chaos.

After Bra Hugo slaps Zak for being out after dark, a heated debate on corporal punishment erupts. The older generation defends "community parenting," while Thuli strongly opposes any physical discipline for her children, insisting on a different approach.

Menzi's embarrassed at Sizwe's birthday party, and goes to extreme lengths to restore his honour.

When Sizwe lies to get out of church, and hang out with Bra Hugo, Martha kicks him out of the house. Sizwe moves in with Bra Hugo to live the high life as a bachelor, but it's not what either of them expected.

Always seeking a golden opportunity, Menzi partners with James' estranged brother, Richard, who pitches an overnight camping festival. Richard vanishes with the ticket sales money and Menzi must scramble to pull off the event.

As Thuli continues to struggle with her night school, Menzi complicates things by enrolling into her class and trying to show her up. His plan works and Thuli finds herself putting her education in jeopardy because she's too focused on Menzi.

Sihle is having her grade 11 dance and initially decides to go with her best friend, Tammy, but at the last moment, is asked to go with a boy. After Thuli convinces her to drop Tammy, both girls' friendship is tested.

Sihle's father arrives and whilst Sihle struggles to bond with him, Martha tries to get him and Thuli back together. Meanwhile, Menzi and Sizwe negotiate with Thuli's ex to pay damages for Sihle.

It’s Christmas, Martha’s favorite day, but everything goes wrong—midnight mass is canceled, the kitchen is a disaster, and unexpected guests show up. Frustrated by everyone’s ambivalence, Martha denounces Christmas. Thuli must save it.

It's New Years Eve and everyone thinks that Martha has set up something fun for them to do, only to discover that she has set up for them all to watch mid-night mass. They all find a way to sneak into the party next door.
