Ashley visits Landon at the hospital and he reveals he heard her when she told him of her feelings. Kari and Elizabeth set up Erin's birthday party. The family celebrates Erin's birthday.

Elizabeth’s nursery project at the church pays off, with new families touring the space. At Tim’s grave, Kari makes a monumental decision. Ashley speaks up at work and reaches out to Landon for one last chat before he moves to California.
