Natsuru wakes up one day to discover that he has turned into a woman. A tiger plush introduces itself and tells Natsuru that he is now a Kampfer.

Natsuru soon discovers that his enemy is closer than he thought. The student council president interrogates Natsuru and Akame about the library incident.

Natsuru's first day of school on the girl's side takes an odd turn when rumors begin flying about a relationship between his male and female forms.

Shizuku blindsides Natsuru by entering him in the culture festival beauty contest. Natsuru, in Kampfer form, goes shopping with Akane to prepare.

With the cultural festival about to begin, Natsuru and Akane get dressed in various costumes by their classmates. Later, the beauty contest comes to an unexpected end.

Natsuru gets roped into participating in a maid cafe at school. Shizuku later warns him that a new Kampfer has revealed themselves and is on the way.

Natsuru arrives at Kaede's house with Akane and Shizuku in tow. Later that night, Natsuru experiences a very unexpected change.

Shizuku insists that Natsuru go on a date with her, but he suspects that it's a trap. While out and about, a familiar face spots them from a distance.

While Natsuru and Akane are on a romantic date, the pair gets spotted by the pool by a familiar trio who invite themselves along.

Natsuru finds himself under Kaede's spell once again. A confrontation soon takes place between Kaede, Akane, Shizuku and Mikoto.

Shizuku and Natsuru get Kaede's familiar to spill the beans about the Kampfer system. After hearing the truth, Natsuru confronts Kaede, but she is ready for him.

Natsuru wakes up on Christmas Eve to discover that he and his familiar have exchanged bodies. While in Natsuru's body, the familiar decides to have some fun.
