Acapulco - famous for the dare devil high divers who hurl themselves from the 100ft cliffs surrounding the resort. They require not only bravery, but also knowledge and technique; the dive is the equivalent to jumping off a 12-story building. Freddie and Darren have to dive from the cliffs from ever greater heights - but which of them will dare to go the highest?

Here they race heavily modified road cars down the quarter mile track at speeds of up 150 mph. After a brief training session Freddie and Ian launch themselves into the sky to see which of them can stay put with the most twists and turns for longest - but will they be able to handle the heights and make a safe landing?

Racing off road motorbikes around dirt tracks may sound like fun, but it is one of the most physically demanding sports. Freddie and Dennis join the American Motocross Association tour to take part in a danger field race. Over two rounds they race each other over jumps and around death defying corners. Will they even make it around the track at all?
