BoBoiBoy arrives in Rintis Island to spend his summer vacation with his grandfather. There, he meets his soon-to-be friends and teammates: Yaya, Ying, and Gopal. Meanwhile, an evil alien sends his robot to procure cocoa beans to power his machine.

When Adu Du sends his minions to attack BoBoiBoy and his friends in order to take back the robot named Ochobot who now considers BoBoiBoy his master, Ochobot grants Gopal, Yaya, and Ying superpowers to fight him back.

Adu Du experiments and creates a creature named the 'Multi-Monster' who is able to duplicate itself every time it is defeated, and sends it to attack BoBoiBoy and Friends.

Adu Du seeks revenge by kidnapping BoBoiBoy's friends. Gopal finally discovers the true nature of his superpower and it is....?

BoBoiBoy uses his ability to split into three to help Tok Aba deliver cocoa around the neighbourhood. Meanwhile, Adu Du attempts to steal Tok Aba's secret recipe book using his minions. Later, BoBoBoy discovers the consequences of overusing his powers...

BoBoiBoy discovers that he is now trapped in Adu Du's spaceship and unable to rejoin with his other split forms. Adu Du attempts to scare BoBoiBoy by threatening to pop balloons in front of his face but the result is nothing like he anticipated...

Adu Du and Probe has trapped BoBoiBoy and Gopal inside a video game. Can they get out of the game in time or are they doomed to roam the 8-bit world forever?

BoBoiBoy and Gopal escape the game and are now back in the real world... along with Papa Zola, the video game's hero. They discover that the villain from the game has also materialized and is teaming up with Adu Du and Probe to wreak havoc on the town.

The Sleeping Monster challenges Papa Zola to a game of checkers. Will BoBoiBoy and his friends be able to defeat the monster and escape from the dream world?

Adu Du orders Probe to steal BoBoiBoy's fan mail but Probe and Computer end up answering the letters instead.

It is the eve of World Cookie Day and Yaya is excited to bake as many cookies as possible. Adu Du sends Probe to swap an ingredient in Yaya's recipe with a toxic concoction. BoBoiBoy accidentally eats one and turns into....?

BoBoiBoy Wind, who is under the influence of Adu Du's toxic chemical, has now transformed into BoBoiBoy Cyclone. BoBoiBoy Cyclone's emotions have become unstable due to the chemical and thus, BoBoiBoy Lightning and Earth decide to take him down.

BoBoiBoy's friends are upset to find out that he will be leaving soon. Meanwhile, Adu Du's spaceship has been sold in exchange for a powerful weapon called Mukalakus - The Robot of Destruction.
