Because It's the First Time

When Han Song Yi is abandoned by her mother, she has to find a way to juggle her jobs, her little sister, her crush, and her education without losing it.

After being picked up by the police, Song Yi moves in with Tae Oh. After his father raises the rent on Ji Ahn's family business, the guys discuss their crushes. Hoon confronts his family.

Soon Yi reveals that Tae Oh is not her crush. The group is worried about Ga In's state of denial over her father's death. Tae Oh learns more about his crush and joins a club to get close to her.

Things are confused when Song Yi confesses her love to Ji Ahn, and despite his feelings for her, he rebuffs her advances. Hoon is disappointed that his parents paid off a producer to cast him in a show.

Ji Ahn and Song Yi finally admit that they like each other and go on their first date, after a huge argument. Tae Oh decides he will no longer jump when Song Yi calls and she gets caught in the rain.

The friends take Ga In on an overnight picnic to confront her about her father's death. Despite starting a relationship with Se Hyun, Tae Oh gets jealous when Ji An and Song Yi make their relationship official.

Tae Oh's date with Se Hyun goes bad when Song Yi shows up and leaves Tae Oh emotionally conflicted.

Tae Oh accompanies Song Yi on her trip to find her mother, disrupting both of their relationships.
