Black Label is assigned to kill the corrupt businessman Hideo Aranami. Arashi Mikami, the newest member, is tasked with the execution.

Dr. Mochizuki announces that Arashi, Mikoto and Oriha will form a team called Ampule 1, in support of the Ampule 0 group formed earlier.
