When Chris (Billy Burke) transfers out of bomb squad, life gets a lot more explosive. While investigating the rich and inebriated Woody (Crispin Glover), he encounters would-be swindler Donnell (Michael Jai White), ex-fugitive Robin (Breanne Rae Racano) and her bombing partner Skip (Christian Slater).
