Little Women

The March sisters prepare for Christmas with their father away at war. A chance encounter at a party leads the girls to make friends with new neighbour Laurie.

The March family fears the worst when both Mr March and Beth fall ill. Laurie confesses his feelings to Jo and Brooke proposes to Meg before leaving to join the Union army.

As the March sisters grow up, Meg becomes a mother, Amy travels through Europe and Jo moves to New York for her writing. Tragedy strikes when Beth is taken ill once again.
