A CIA agent (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is imprisoned aboard a nuclear submarine, an outpost of American intelligence, on charges of treason. Fortunately, a task force led by a man of all piece (Dolph Lundgren), runs to the rescue so that he can prove his innocence.
