Legacy of Fear tells the story of Jeanne, who at a very young age survived a serial killer's deadly pursuit that claimed the life of her mother right before her very eyes. 30 years later, she's a police detective chasing what looks to be the same killer. Trying to stay focused while opening old wounds, she must discover the killer's identity before more innocent victims suffer the same fate.
