Bea's daughters are worried about her personality change. Teddy finds a new romantic interest -- the man whose life was saved by a heart transplant, using Falconer's heart.

Big Al suffers a mild heart attack and Alex takes over as "acting Mayor of Winnetka." Trevor joins the army, bringing Georgie and John together to spend some time with him. Teddy tries to transform her new beau into Falconer.

The sisters, along with Beatrice, Cat and Big Al, all take a vacation to a Spanish villa, a place where dreams can come true. Alex avoids getting romantic with Big Al, worried about his recent heart attack.
