After over a year of planning and waiting, the family is finally leaving for India to pick up their adopted daughter, Zoey. The couple has spent months preparing Will for Zoey’s arrival but they have no idea how the new siblings will react to each other.

The Little Couple is in India with their 2-year-old daughter Zoey and are so happy that their family is finally complete. Jen starts to feel ill as they travel to New Delhi and with her health on the line, Jen is forced into making a difficult decision.

Alone with the kids in India, Bill must finish up the final details of Zoey’s adoption. Not a moment too soon, their new family is finally reunited in Houston, but now they must face their first family crisis.

It’s Christmas time in The Little Couple household and this year the holiday has more significance than ever. It's Bill and Jen’s first holiday as parents and they’re eager to make new memories.

After four months of chemotherapy, Jen and Bill look back at all the challenges they have faced together with their new family all while battling a rare form of cancer. Jen’s oncologist stops by to give her some news after her treatment.

The Little Couple packs their bags for a trip to San Francisco. Jen's been invited to give the keynote speech at a conference, but since she is supposed to take it easy, Bill, Will and Zoey are going along to make sure she follows the doctor's orders.

It’s Will’s fourth birthday. Since it’s his first birthday party in the U.S, Bill and Jen want it to be a big deal. They have decided on a safari theme that will be held at the zoo. Alligators, armadillos and giraffe’s, oh my.

Bill, Jen, Will and Zoey are all about improving their family’s health and well-being.First, Will has his weekly speech therapy, while Zoey gets her turn with some basic health screenings. Then, Jen's doctor prescribes PT to improve her strength.

When Jen goes back to work, she and the hospital decide to go public with a press conference about her illness as a way of highlighting the successful and challenging treatment. Then, Bill and Jen are off to New York where Bill’s Mom will get to meet Zoe

Bill heads to Orlando to attend a Pet Expo with his mother in law, while Jen catches up on meetings and projects at Texas Children’s Hospital. On top of that she’s watching the kids, the familys’ two dogs and her mother’s three dogs while Bill is away.

The Little Couple spends a special hour looking back on how their lives have changed and reflecting on their journey. The Couple answers viewer questions and shares insights into parenting, Jen’s battle with cancer and rare behind the scene moments.

It's Easter and while Jen is doing rounds at the hospital, Bill is at home teaching Will and Zoey the art of dyeing eggs. Later they get the kids dressed up and head to a farm where they pick strawberries, meet chickens and try to take family photos.

The past year has seen many ups and downs for Bill and Jen. To celebrate her 40th birthday, Jen thinks the family is going to Galveston for a beach vacation, but Bill has a big surprise planned for his unsuspecting wife.

Bill reveals the big surprise he’s been planning for Jen -- a vow renewal -- but is keeping the details a secret. A curious Jen tries to extract info from Will. Later, high winds put the ceremony in jeopardy. Will all of Bill’s elaborate planning pay off?
