When Jay blows up a Skraaldian, the hideous mollusk-like alien permanently "marks" him for death. With an entire alien race bent on his demise, Jay's funeral seems imminent. Cashing in on a favor, Kay concocts a plan to switch places with his condemned partner; the Skraaldians exacting their revenge on the empty shell of a "mechanical" Kay.

Kay and Jay match wits with Buzzard, a ruthless intergalactic bounty hunter. In order to retrieve a harmless looking E.T here on Earth, Buzzard poses as a legitimate alien cop. When the adorable little alien turns out to be something other than what it seems, it's up to the MiB to capture the carnivorous creature before an innocent young boy becomes its next meal.
