A film about a woman dealing with ALS/ Lou Gehrig's. Lorrie remembers getting in her car after hearing her diagnosis at UCLA Neuro-Muscular Medical Center and driving home on that California day in January 1998. She was thinking "Who were those people, they knew me 5 minutes, did one test and told me I'm dying." All she knew was that whatever she thought her purpose in life was had changed.
