Five outstanding students of medicine, Dana, Yael, Dror, Asma, and Slava were accepted to a prestigious study program in a special unit at the hospital. The first day of the program brought with it many unexpected challenges as well as the accidental discovery of a mysterious experimental death set to change their lives forever.

Dana, Yael, and Slavaattempt to unravel the mysterious video in order to understand why Landauexperimented with clinical death. Yaeltreats a spoiled and Dana considers leaving the program, yet right before she does, she wants to conduct the experiment on herself.

Dana, Yael, and Slavacontinue their attempts to unravel the meaning of Landau's experiment. Dana performs the experiment on herself and discovers surprising new capabilities from within. Meanwhile, Asma's ambition complicates her life.

Dana deciphers another case due to a mysterious vision she had. In addition, she and Alonbegin a romantic relationship. Meanwhile, Drorsleeps with Ariana(a donor to the hospital) and triggers wrath with Asma and Yaeldecides to experiment on herself.

Drortreats a former policeman who arrives at the hospital following violent outbursts he doesn't remember. Landauattempts to hide a girl who partook in the experiment and did not wake up. Yael discovers the seductive powers of Lilith.

Asma and Drorare showed Landau's video of the experiment for the first time. Asma recognizes the girl in the video. Yael continues her relationship with Alon and uses her new gift to save Slavafrom being thrown out of the program.

The tension between Yaeland Danacontinue to grow and a new patient arouses even more controversy and anger. Yael tells Dana about the kiss between her and Alon and Dana leaves the room enraged. Droroverhears a conversation between the cop and his wife about his tragic past and decides he also wants to conduct the experiment on himself.

Drorwakes up from the experiment and recalls an array of details from his past that disturbs his present. Yael and Dana are forced to deal with their personal issues when Dana envision san infected HIV needle poking Yael and infecting her. Chapman suspects Dana knows something about their activities.

Dror continues to experience strange phenomena with a small boy suddenly appearing in the hospital and raises questions about his past. Recovering from a drunk night out with Shlomi, Dana discovers a suspicious object in the pocket of a jacket he left her. Envious of the other's courage and stories, Slavadecides to experiment on himself.

Apatient'sabusive behavior towards his wife stirs the wolf inside of Slava. Drortries to find out more information from his mother. Asma goes on a date that doesn't go well and tensions with Drorcontinue to grow.

The group is required to solve an additional medical mystery when a successful soccer player arrives at the hospital with unexplainable shaky hands. Shlomi is asked to bring foreign workers in for a medical experiment to which they will probably not return. Yael is hesitant to tell Alon that she is still a virgin.

Dana treats an injured boy who is alone and reconsiders her relationship with Yael. At the same time, Slavasolves a medical mystery in an unconventional way; Shlomidiscovers more about the experimentation on foreign workers and Asma discovers her own effects of the clinical death experiment.

Yael feels the seductive effect she has on Alon is fading away and decides to undergo the procedure again. Asma cannot concentrate on anything as other's thoughts are constantly piercing in her mind. Pella's health is rapidly deteriorating.

Yael feels that Lilith's power has returned to her yet knows her relationship with Alon is a lie. Dror discovers more about his past, yet at his mother's request he drops his investigation though the mysterious boy keeps reappearing.

Yael uses her power to convince a patient she must conduct an abortion as her life is in grave danger and realizes the strength of Lilith can bring devastation. Cohen asks Shlomi for proof Pella is dead and Asma is concerned with Sa'ad's mental condition after hearing his thoughts.

Yael hesitates to use her powers again in order to convince an anxious father to hospitalize his child despite his lack of faith in doctors. The students discover the mysterious experimental substance Slava concocted was stolen and debate whether or not the time has come to tell Professor Landau.

Dror treats an autistic child who doesn't sense pain and gains the parents appreciation. Dana and Slava are surprised to discover the hospital death records include a large number of unknowns from their department. Asma decides to take Sa'ad under her wing after she discovers the reason he ran away from home.

Dana and Slava try to hide Chapman's suicide from the police. Shlomi suspects Dana is connected to Chapman's disappearance and attempts to trace their steps. Asma and Dror try to help a child bitten by a jackal who refuses treatment.

Dana tries to cope with recent events. Brown suspects Dana knows too much and surprises her with a tempting offer. Asma struggles with caring for Sa'ad and feels alone. Yael tries to unsuccessfully flirt with Landau.

Dana tries to convince a mother to donate her daughter's organs after she was badly injured in a car accident. Sa'ad has troubles pleasing the ambitious Asma who wants him to succeed in school. Yael and Landau get closer despite Slava's displeasure in the idea and Slava at the same time needs to face his ailing father who came to the unit.

Asma treats a blind woman who comes to the hospital with her husband following an accident. Asma can hear the thoughts of the husband and suspects he doesn't want to help his wife rid of her blindness though she doesn't understand why. Dana undergoes the procedure again and is stricken by many powerful visions.

Yael treats a man with symptoms of hepatitis and suspects he is hiding a secret from his wife. Dana unknowingly treats Cohen who comes to the unit with heart ailments not realizing her words will cost her and Slava comes to the defense of his father when he discovers his gambling debts.

Landau steers away from Yael after Alon warns him against getting too close. The enraged Sa'ad comes to the hospital and Asma realizes he has discovered their family secret. Slava enters a questionable deal to rescue his father from creditors and Cohen suspects Shlomi and Dana have betrayed him.

The lives of Shlomi and Dana are at risk after Cohen's trap pans out. Dror is seized by visions of the accident from his mysterious past. Yael struggles in the relationship with Landau after seeing Jasmine in his basement and Dana urges her to find out more about the experiment.
