Having previously served together in a Central American war with their friend Jesse, Liberty and Bash now work with local youths to help them stay off the streets, becoming a positive force within the community. However, when Jesse gets mixed up with drug lords and turns up dead, Liberty and Bash declare war-this time on the home front.
