Salon de Nabi

The hairdressers at Salon de Nabi are not soulless workers. They take pride in being service providers. Michelle(Oh Yoon-ah)'s biggest concern is the dark aura surrounding her intern, Gi-ppeum (Kim Hyang-gi). Gi-ppeum undergoes a style change thanks to her colleagues but she feels somewhat awkward. After a series of mistakes, she starts to question whether this is the right job for her.

The intern, Mu-yeol (Park Jung-woo), charms female customers every day, provoking various problems. Gi-ppeum feels unpleasant as Mu-yeol seems to not take hairdressing seriously. When Mu-yeol causes another problem with a customer, Gi-ppeum loses her temper, and tensions arise between the two. Then one day, Gi-ppeum hears something surprising and unexpected about Mu-yeol from his friend.

A customer who is insecure about her broad forehead visits the salon, and the staff of Nabi face their own insecurities while giving her advice. Unlike customers who overcome their insecurities with a change of style, the staff of Nabi desperately try to hide their insecurities.

The beginnings of Salon de Nabi! Although they were yet to achieve great reputations, Michelle (Oh Yoon-ah), Gwang-su (Choi Daniel), and Zen (Shim Eun-woo) had their own specialties. They decide to open a new salon together, but conflict arises as they cannot come to an agreement on which interns to hire. Meanwhile, the salon falls into silence as the unexpected last interviewee arrives.

The staff of Nabi speculate the reason behind the stubbornness of a customer who always sticks to the same hairstyle. Meanwhile, Gi-ppeum (Kim Hyang-gi) is asked out to dinner by a hometown acquaintance and everyone contributes to her makeover. Awkward with her new style, she runs into a customer and strikes up a conversation. The conversation leads her to call Mu-yeol and make a shocking remark.

The cool and arrogant Gwang-su (Choi Daniel) panics and runs away upon the arrival of a certain customer. Michelle (Oh Yoon-ah) also comes across an unexpected customer and the staff wonder who she is. As they recall memories of past customers, Gi-ppeum(Kim Hyang-gi)'s mother visits, and Mu-yeol (Park Jung-woo) looks at Gi-ppeum with a mysterious look on his face.

Confused about her vague relationship with Mu-yeol (Park Jung-woo), Gi-ppeum (Kim Hyang-gi) seeks advice but no one is able to provide a clear-cut answer. The staff divide into male and female teams to have a team-building session. Amidst chaos and confusion, everyone struggles to tackle their own concerns. Meanwhile, Mu-yeol opens up to Gi-ppeum after contemplating for a long time.

When teenage customers come to Nabi, the staff and regular customers start to talk about kids nowadays. Their talk continues at a staff dinner where they share differing opinions about first loves and dating, and they seem to understand and misunderstand each other at the same time. Meanwhile, Zen (Shim Eun-woo) is shocked when she sees an unexpected person at the yoga studio she goes to.

The staff of Nabi are surprised by the changes in Gi-ppeum (Kim Hyang-gi). Meanwhile, everyone is shocked to find that the window of their salon has been vandalized with a shocking claim that one of them used to be a bully. Tensions arise and the staff's opinions are divided. The police start to investigate and Mu-yeol (Park Jung-woo) quietly visits someone.

One heavily raining day, Mr. Woo (Moon Tae-yu) finds what seems to be a customer's suicide note and the staff of Nabi begin to investigate. They each think about what they did to overcome their darkest moments and they try to help the customer using the same methods to no avail. The customer eventually leaves the salon but one staff member chases after them with something to say.

Mr. Woo (Moon Tae-yu) is attacked by an unidentified assailant and is taken to the hospital. The shocked staff of Nabi testify regarding the crime while Mr. Woo refuses any treatment. Police investigation reveals that the crime was planned. While visiting Mr. Woo in the hospital, Michelle (Oh Yoon-ah) and Su-ri (Kim Ga-hee) learn about his secret.

When a soon-to-be bride shares her concerns, the staff of Nabi have a debate about whether the past should be hidden or disclosed. When one of Mu-yeol's exes comes as a customer, Zen (Shim Eun-woo) realizes their relationship and makes a move. Gwang-su (Choi Daniel) misunderstands her behavior and joins her. Feeling uneasy about Mu-yeol, Gi-ppeum makes up her mind and takes Mu-yeol somewhere.

Body weight, happiness, and voice tone are proportionate for Su-ri (Kim Ga-hee). However, she eventually blows up in anger at Zen (Shim Eun-woo) and they finally come into conflict with one another. The interns don't know what to do in this high tense situation. Meanwhile, Gwang-su (Choi Daniel) goes on the first hairdressing business trip and is asked to design the most extraordinary hairstyle.

An old man roams around but runs away when Michelle (Oh Yoon-ah) approaches him. Meanwhile, the staff have many first experiences: Gwang-su (Choi Daniel) is flustered by a change in Zen (Shim Eun-woo), Mu-yeol (Park Jung-woo) receives a enlistment notice, and Zen is bewildered by some changes in her body. During this confusing time, Mu-yeol asks Gi-ppeum (Kim Hyang-gi) to go on an overnight trip.

A new intern arrives to take Mu-yeol(Park Jung-woo)'s place! The successor is handsome, good with his work, and is beloved by everyone, and this makes Mu-yeol sad and anxious. Various changes occur after the departure of the seasoned staff member, and the story of Nabi and its regular customers continues.

During a promotional shoot for Nabi a few months ago, Gi-ppeum (Kim Hyang-gi) finds a strange bag while cleaning. It is a highly expensive designer bag! But something unimaginable is in the bag and the staff of Nabi fall into utter confusion. They assume it belongs to a customer and think back on the day. Suspects are ruled out one by one and a mysterious customer pays a visit the next day.
