Ring tail lemur mating season is at its height in the Berenty reserve and our two rival gangs are at odds. When the Graveyard gang's dominant male Blake is injured by his Tornado Troop equivalent Flash, the door is left open for three-legged Pegleg to land the ultimate prize and mate with Crystal - The Graveyard Gangs dominant female.

Three-legged Pegleg gets lost when a vicious storm forces both gangs to spend a night away from home. Tornado leader Electra leads her rabble into the Tourist Camp where they cause trouble with the human residents.

Tornado baby Gizmo is attacked by spoilt brat Chelsea. His inexperienced mum Amazon offers little help as he tries to keep up with the gang on his badly injured leg.

Five month old Gizmo is struggling to keep up with his family after suffering a leg injury. The perpetrator Chelsea meanwhile enjoys mollycoddling by her mum. Gizmo receives little attention and is the most vulnerable of all the lemurs when feral dogs come calling.

When a gang of three adolescent males enter the reserve Graveyard dominant male Blake is forced to defend Topaz's honour. Low-ranking Liberty meanwhile loses her son Hogarth. Can the youngster find his way home alone? Some surprises lie in wait.

A forest fire prevents the Graveyard gang from returning home, leaving little Hogarth to face the night alone. Titus, the leader of the rovers, returns with his gang of trouble makers and once again Blake is called on to defend the Graveyard girls.

Chelsea, pampered little princess of the Tornado troop, gets lost during the harvest. Her mother Stella has come into season and has other priorities...such as Tornado dominant male Flash.

Dominant female of the Tornado Troop Electra is deposed by young and ferocious Amazon. Isolated from her once loyal gang, Electra gives birth prematurely. But what are her son's chances of survival now that his mother has been ousted from the family?

Deposed dominant female of the Tornado troop Electra wakes to find her premature baby Prince has fallen from the tree during the night. Dominant male Flash, probably Prince's father, responds to her calls of distress but Electra chases him away. Now she must face life alone.

With the arrival of her new baby, Dominant female of the Graveyard Gang Crystal neglects the rest of the gang's needs. Low ranking Liberty, Crystal's aunt, takes matters into her own hands...

Low-ranking female Liberty raids dustbin diner while Dominant female Crystal sticks to more well trodden turf in the forest. Family feuds explode resulting in problems for pregnant Josephine.

The ongoing drought forces the gang to eat the poisonous leaves of the Leucina tree. Liberty gives birth but her deteriorating health and thinning fur means that both she and the baby are weak. Wise old male Pegleg and his sidekick Derek camp out in the forest.

Liberties daughter Emily gives birth to a healthy little girl but Liberty is still in poor condition and her baby is struggling to hold onto her thin coat. A visit to dustbin diner turns into tragedy.

The drought is reaching crisis point. Second dominant male Milton shows unusual aggression when he takes on the local Sifaka family and forces them off his land. Meanwhile childless graveyard girl Sophie attempts to kidnap Crystal's baby.

Amazon's Tornadoes enter Graveyard territory but when Crystal's gang finds out there's hell to pay. Deposed Tornado Electra meanwhile is moving ever closer to the Graveyards...

Dominant female of the Graveyard Gang Crystal takes the troop on an excursion to the spiny forest. Her wandering is cut short when they are ambushed by a wild forest troop and then cut off from home by a Forest Fire.

Pegleg sets off in search of his friend Derek, lost after the forest fire. Meanwhile the troop encounter an usually speedy tortoise and Hogarth has a run in with a flycatcher.

The Graveyard is invaded by humans in a strange Madagascan ceremony where ancient relatives are interred for reburial with other family members. Pegleg and Derek watch with horror as their home is destroyed. The Tornadoes and Graveyards battle over territory in the forest and power -mad leader Amazon leaves her three month old baby Orinoco behind in the confusion.

Shocked by the devastation of their home, Crystal decides to leave the Graveyard forcing the troop to live as nomads in the forest. Feisty Tornado leader Amazon sets her sights on the vacated territory. The rains finally break and with the abundance of food Electra is allowed to rejoin the Tornado Troop.
