When his company owner Nandha Kishore (Nasser) commits suicide, software engineer Dharma Teju (Sai Dharam Tej) sets out to find out the truth and becomes Dharma bhai to bring the men down who forced Nanda Kishore to sell off the company before his death. He comes to know Vicky bhai was behind Nandha Kishore's death. Dharma kills the villain's brother and takes on a new identity of Dharma Bhai.
