Francis Brennan steps aboard a state of the art cruise ship on the Baltic Sea, to go behind the scenes and learn how this vast floating hotel works. He'll need to earn his stripes as he's put to the test in three of the ship's departments. Swapping the 47 rooms of his hotel for the 1700 on the ship, this is the biggest challenge of Francis's career. Will he sink or swim?
