Two stories intertwined forever - that of Bernard Ista and the French atomic bomb. Their first meeting takes place in Algerian desert in 1960 with the first experiments of the of the A-bomb. They will say farewell in 1995 in the Mururoa atoll, with the last firing of the H-bomb. This film is made from original pictures and books of Bernard Ista. French language film with English subtitles.
