A new cat named Olivia moves into Oggy's neighbourhood. Before long Oggy finds himself in love with her but as usual things never turn out as expected for Oggy. It is enough trouble for him when both, his best friend and his neighbour eye for Olivia but soon the devilish gang of cockroaches arrive, causing immense chaos in their every move. Will Oggy survive and rise above these malicious beings?
