Vilhelm Beck is a police cadet and out on his first day of field training in the real world, when he and his supervisor get a routine call to respond to a break in. At the crime scene, he discovers a dead 17-year-old boy and the case goes directly to the Beck group. Vilhelm is deeply affected by the situation.
