As the brother of an addict and after years in restaurant work, Gordon Ramsey has seen first-hand what cocaine can do. With this in mind, he begins an investigation in his own restaurants, then moves on to British streets and even the hills of Colombia.

Gordon Ramsey meets the dealers, traffickers and killers responsible for moving cocaine into Great Britain. He rides along with on a raid, visits Honduras' most famous crime reporter and travels into the country's most dangerous neighborhoods.
