Insook(Ahn Eunjin) is diagnosed with a brain tumor and enters hospice care. She shares a room with Seyeon(Kang Yewon) and Mido(Park Sooyoung).The three of them are involved in a murder case and meet Woocheon(Kim Kyung nam) at the scene.

Insook, Seyeon, and Mido throw a revenge at a party they attend to fake an alibi. Shiyeong finds suspicious clues at the murder scene, and Woocheon remembers something at Insook's house.

Woocheon starts volunteering at hospice care, and Insook finds him bothersome.Shiyeong starts investigating Woocheon's past.Meanwhile, Seyeon comes up with a place where they can hide the golf club, and Mido gets a call from Jipyo(Han Kyu-won) out of the blue.

Woocheon kisses Insook to protect her from Shiyeong!As the investigation expands, Seungseon(Choi Young-Woo) kidnaps Woocheon and tries to make him turn himself in.Late at night, Insook is waiting for Woocheon and decides to sneak out of hospice care with Mido and Seyeon.

Insook is disappointed to find out the truth about Woocheon and goes back to Seongja(Go Doo-shim)'s house to retrieve the cell phone that she has hidden there.Meanwhile, Jipyo starts sponsoring Mido's hospice, and another person's DNA is found on the golf club, which was the murder weapon.

Woocheon turns himself into the police to protect Insook.Insook remembers that she met him in the past and starts opening up to him.Meanwhile, Seongseon threatens Insook with Seongja, and the identity of the real culprit for the murder case is about to be revealed.

Insook and Woocheon are now in trouble as the police begin searching the hospice facilities for the cell phone.Meanwhile, Youngji(So Hee-Jung)'s illness becomes even more serious.Insook visits Seongja to say her last goodbye.As she is preparing for the divorce, Seyeon has an encounter with someone that she has been forgetting.

The public opinion shifts as it turns out that the murder victim was a pedophile, and Jipyo proposes to Mido.Seungseon uses Seongja to threaten Insook, and Woocheon finally hears the voice of "1".Insook spends a night with Woocheon, and the next morning, on the day of the picnic, a strange incident occurs.

Another dead body is found at a beach with a flower wedged on the ear.Mido's illness becomes serious shortly before the wedding, and now Sanah is missing!Meanwhile, Woocheon reveals to Insook the true identity of "1" and leaves.

Jipyo assaults Woocheon.Insook fakes a confession and turns herself in to protect Woocheon and Sanah.Right before the summons, Woocheon comes back to the hospital where Insook is staying.

As the day approaches for her summons, Insook runs away with Woocheon and says goodbye to Mido and Seyeon, whom she might not be able to see ever again.Youngchan finds out about the relationship between Yunseo and Seyeon.Meanwhile, Mido learns that Jipyo is involved in the murder case.

There is a third "flower" murder.Insook and Woocheon are framed for the serial murder and are pursued by the police.Seungseon returns from his alleged death, and Seyeon's illness grows worse and worse.Woocheon is unable to find medicine for Insook and heads out.

Seonghae(Lee Hang-na) fully recovers from her illness and holds a party.Youngchan finally comes to understand Seyeon.Woocheon gives Majin the list of clients who ordered the assassination and hides at the hospice facilities.Meanwhile, Mido is faced with a problem and may not be able to marry Jipyo.

Jipyo becomes anxious as the police announce that they will reinvestigate the "flower" murders.Insook feels sympathy for Mido.Seyeon is now showing signs of death.Jipyo makes a deal with Taeil and offers to disclose the whereabouts of Insook and Woocheon.

Kyeongmi turns herself in, and Insook is finally released.Woocheon cooperates with the investigation, knowing that he will also have to face punishment later.Mido is anxious at Jipyo's suspicious behavior and his sudden marriage announcement.Meanwhile, as Seyeon's symptoms worsen, the three women leave for the sea to see the green ray.

Seyeon dies watching the green ray.The video is released, and Jipyo is now in trouble. Mido finally has an epiphany about her true feelings. Seongja and Woocheon encourage Insook to have surgery.Woocheon prepares to accept his punishment.
