Alex Polizzi: My Hotel Nightmare

Alex Polizzi and her mother, Olga, who have become equal business partners, start work on a sweeping renovation project at their 37-bedroom medieval coaching inn in east Sussex.

After spending the last three months in lockdown, Alex Polizzi is finally able to travel to Sussex. But the opening date for the hotel is pushed back until Easter 2021 due to renovation delays.

There's been plenty of progress around the hotel, including the bedrooms in the sixties block. Interior designer Olga's vision comes together, while Alex oversees areas of concern in preparation for opening day.
