Join Andrea and ISPCA welfare officer Brendan in County Tipperary, where they discover and seize numerous puppies from make-shift sheds at the back of a residential property.

Michael Hayes follows the emotional journey of a six-day-old calf who has to undergo risky and life-threatening surgery to fix his broken leg. Meanwhile, Andrea is busy on the road with the ISPCA welfare officers following up on a report of an abandoned dog.

Michael follows UCD veterinarian-surgeon Jerry O'Riordan as he operates on a King Charles spaniel who's having breathing problems. Andrea is off to Cork with the ISPCA, investigating another suspected puppy farm.

Michael meets up with the UCD's large animal surgeon Florent David as he operates on a racing horse with severe breathing problems. In Carlow, Andrea helps the ISPCA with Ireland's ever-growing equestrian problem.

Michael meets a Bichon Frise who needs his tonsils taken out. Andrea is in Cork helping the ISPCA with some horses in need. Meanwhile, the ISPCA is overwhelmed with the number of abandoned horses all over Ireland.

Andrea checks in with some of the re-homed puppy farm dogs while miniature donkeys Lowry and Fawn visit Michael at UCD. After successful raids on two separate puppy farms, Andrea and the ISPCA team call on some of the rescued dogs and their new owners. While Florent has his hands full with two miniature donkeys, vet Pete visits Miley the Border Collie who has an irritating skin condition.

Andrea has a busy day with the ISPCA and the Irish Blue Cross. Michael follows veterinarian surgeon Jerry, who has a patient with a painful leg. ISPCA officer Conor Dowling has to deal with a pack of stray dogs that have wandered onto a farmer's land.

Michael is back at UCD's large animal clinic where a horse is presented with large swelling on his neck. Andrea visits some rare and unique animals at Fota Wildlife Park. Florent and his team are ready to lend a hand to Kingdom, the magnificent gray horse who is suspected to have a tumor.

Andrea helps the ISPCA with stranded horses during a flash flood and Michael meets a dog with mystery lameness. While at UCD, Jerry has a tough case ahead of him finding the reason behind Lady the Spaniel's multiple lameness. Bairbre O'Malley specializes in exotic pets and helps a turtle with an ear problem.

Oscar the Cat has arrived at UCD Veterinary Hospital for surgery. Meanwhile, the ISPCA have an extremely busy day dealing with a variety of calls. Michael meets Oscar, who is suffering from a painful blocked bladder. Andrea is on the road helping the ISPCA with a large number calls ranging from neglected dogs to a trapped swan.
