Catlina Island

Jack believes his life is perfect until his wife divorces him and tries to escape the rat race with the kids. When the courts intervene, she packs up the kids and moves them to Catalina Island.

Jack decides to stay on Catalina Island and see what this small town America life is all about, but Keri can't believe it, and his office starts a manhunt.

Murph tells Jack he's involved with the Guatemalan Dream Prayers. Walt worries that his dad might kidnap him to keep them together, and Jack and Walt pack up his office to leave the rat race.

Jack can't find his muse and has no new songs for the Sunset Set, so Jennifer locks him in her bedroom till he comes up with one. Walt takes Sally to a dance. Murph tries to quit the nuns.

Jack is not dealing with the slow pace of island life. Taylor Rae, a country music star, is on the island on a break from her tour. Murph's lawyer tells him he has a big problem with the IRS.

Jack Kincaid believes he has found his dream again and wants to take the band on the road as an opening act for a country music star (Kimberly Caldwell). Murph struggles with love and the IRS.
