The First of Us

A group of friends in their forties meet for dinner. One of them suffers from a sudden headache and is rushed to the hospital, where he receives an unexpected diagnosis.

Santiago asks The Suspects to think about their pending dreams and dares them to fulfill together. Uma questions her father; he conceals the truth. Nacho comes out as gay.

Martín wants to postpone the wedding. Mariana confronts Nacho. Valeria and Nico make love. Sole takes driving lessons. Jime and Santiago reminisce about their romance. Santiago tells Uma the truth.

Santi and Uma travel. Mariana thinks Nacho is cheating. Jimena and Santiago can't stop thinking about each other. Nico goes to the oncologist with Santi. Santi tries to kiss Jimena but Martín arrives.

Jimena and Martin argue. Nico and Valeria get closer, she sees a message on his phone and gets angry. Uma meets Ernesto. Nacho reveals to Mariana that he is gay. Sole meets a gas repairman.

Santi meets Ernesto again, becomes dizzy and is hospitalized. Dr. Pereyra suggests therapy to Nico. Ernesto becomes enchanted by the doctor. Nacho confronts his son. Jimena and Santi kiss.

Santi stops the kiss with Jime. Vale and Nico get closer. Sole meets with the repairman. Santi tells Jime that he loves her and, worried about the surgery, reminds his friends to fulfill their goals.

Martín suspects and talks to Santi. Nacho fights with Mariana. Nico invites him to stay with him. Marcelo kisses Sole. Santi asks Jime to focus on her life goals. Santiago enters the O.R.

The operation goes well. Martín wants to resume the wedding. Valeria asks Nico to be friends. Gustavo almost discovers Sole. Dr. Pereyra tells Santi that he has between 8 to 12 months to live.

Santi talks to Pereyra, who tells him the truth. Jimena is devastated. Martín organizes his bachelor party. Nacho has his first time with Cristian. Jime has doubts about the wedding.

Santi and Martín talk about Jime. Martín joins both parties and they go to karaoke. Marcelo kisses Sole but his pregnant wife sees them. Nico breaks up with Zoe. Santi and Jime get closer.

Jimena and Santi make love. Marcelo asks Sole to move forward. Marcelo's wife shows up at Sole's house. At the wedding, Jime is silent when the judge asks her whether she takes Martin as her husband.

Jime and Martín get married and go on their honeymoon. Sole breaks up with Marcelo. Vale and Sole start yoga with Mariana. Nico contacts a therapist. Santiago does not want to continue his treatment.

Nico and Nacho convince Santi to continue treatment. Valeria creates a online-dating account. Jime and Martin return. Nico goes to his doctor appointment and she is beautiful. Jime is pregnant.

Nico begins therapy with Samantha Koch who he is entranced by. Jime distances himself from Santi. Sole does nothing with Marcelo. Santi confronts Jime.

Jime hides her pregnancy from Santi. Sole confesses to Vale that she decided to break up with Marcelo. Vale sees Gustavo on a dating app. Martin suspects that something is up between Jime and Santi.

The idea forms that Sole can start a business as a cook. Valeria accompanies Jimena to the OBGYN. Dr. Pereyra finds Santi is very well. Martín asks Jime whether she is pregnant.

Martin is happy about Jime's pregnancy. Sole organizes her venture. Vale meets Harvey on a dating app. Nico flirts with Samantha. Martín tells Santi and Nico that Jime is pregnant.

Martin wants the baby to be named Santiago if it is a boy. Jimena doesn't know what to say. Nacho takes care of his children, then sees Cristian with another man. Santi asks Jime if the baby is his.
