Kamal Haasan gets forcibly divorced from his wife (Meena) whom he loves most. He feels worse when he gets separated from his daughter legally. He disguises himself as an old lady to gain entry into the house to spend quality time with his daughter and intends to reunite with his family. How he fares in his mission is the rest of the movie.
