Alumbrones
Alumbrones is a slang Cuban word for brief, unexpected moments when electricity would be restored to the island during the most troubled years of its history. For artists on the island, these "moments of light" provided inspiration for work depicting the humor and tragedy of the situation. The film reveals the work and lives of artists living in Cuba today, to talk life, love, art, sex and music.
