On the wedding night, Azlan (Syed Arez) reveals his true intentions in front of Hina (Sharmeen Khan) and leaves her forever. Unable to justify herself, Hina faces humiliation, abuses, and defamation by her in-laws. Written by Shabnam Sani and directed by Sami Sani, Hina Ki Khushboo is a Pakistani drama serial also starring Babar Khan, Farah Ali, Nazli Nasr in lead roles.

Sawera talks to Iffat regarding Nikkah while Adil decides to keep it a secret from Azlan. One of the aunts is unable to see the family happy and continues to do wrongdoings.

Azlan is not happy with the wedding while on the other hand, Hina is dreaming about Azaln's companionship. Farah and Adil are excited to start their new lives together.

Azlan's sudden decision to leave for America after getting married surprises and worries, everyone. Hina is disheartened to not find Azlan at the wedding reception.

At the wedding reception, all of the guests question the absence of Azlan. Iffat refuses to let Azlan be blamed and instead points out Hina's shortcomings.

In efforts to save Hina from further defamation, Khurram insists to tell the truth to everyone. Azlan refuses to tell anything to anyone while Hina's father gets insulted by Iffat.

To save his own married life, Adil advises Farah to stay away from Azlan and Hina's personal matters however Iffat uses Farah to threaten Hina's parents.

Iffat finds out about black magic activity through her maid and is quick to blame Farah and Hina. Khurram and Zainab visit Iffat's house to talk about Hina's problem however an argument erupts between the two parties.

After Khurram misbehaves with Iffat, Adil feels disappointed. Azlan decides to divorce Hina and informs Adil about it.

A spiritual leader informs Iffat about black magic which further leads to panic in the household. Differences between Adil and Farah arises until they find out about Farah's pregnancy.

Zainab scolds Khurram for his behavior and makes him realize that his sister's life is at stake. As Farah and Adil's life disrupts, differences between Farah and Hina arise and everyone blames Hina for Farah's deteriorating health.

Hina decides to leave the house but Iffat stops her as she is worried about the household chores. Khurram gets upset as his father scolds him for not meeting Achi properly.

Unable to bear the separation from Azlan, Hina loses her senses and starts believing unreal situations. Khurram is depressed and sad about her sister's condition and goes on to harm himself.

To keep his father from getting insulted, Farah decides to go back to her in-laws' house. Iffat's evil plotting against Hina and Farah leads to an unfortunate accident.

Iffat suffers from a huge monetary loss while Hina stays back for the sake of Arham. Iffat is surprised at Hina's actions.

Adil questions Iffat and Hina regarding Farah's death. Khurram and Pari start to get close to each other however Achi creates a scene.

After Achi calls attention to Khurram and Pari's relationship, Samad intervenes and asks Khurram to leave. Hina's loving and caring behavior towards Arham begins to worry Iffat.

Hina receives divorce papers and asks Hashim to drop her at her parent's house. Khurram and Pari are looking for a place to live while Iffat hands over Arham to Adil.

Khurram refuses to come back home until he is capable enough to bear his and his wife's expenses. Arham falls ill and Hashim blames Adil and Iffat for carelessness.

Khurram gets involved in a gang fight and ends up in the hospital. Hina finds out about Arham's health and rushes to save him. Achi's intentions and actions unravel in front of the whole family.

To save Arham, Hashim advises Adil to marry Hina while differences between Khurram and Pari arises.

Pari decides to leave Khurram and starts living in a shelter home. Hashim gets unwell and Iffat and Adil agree to bring Hina.

Adil is concerned about Arham's future and discusses his concern with the family. Police start investigating Pari's disappearance and doubt Khurram for being involved.

Adil's change in behavior leaves Hina by surprise and she is unable to decide on Adil's proposal. Pari finds out about her pregnancy however asks the management of the shelter house to let her stay until she delivers the baby.
