A Finnish family is found murdered in the Costa del Sol, Spain. Detective Hilkka Mäntymäki is sent to investigate the case that has shocked the peaceful community.

Hilkka is sorely missed at home, but Andrés needs her help to solve the case. Gradually they start unraveling the events that led to the deaths of the Saitama family.

Surprising links between the deaths of two Finnish women ring alarm bells for Andrés and Hilkka. Soon it appears there might be a third victim connected to the case.
