Barney

Barney has a tee-rific surprise for BJ and Baby Bop. Cousin Riff is moving to town! Riff amazes everyone with his awesome musical abilities. When Barney suggests that they put on a show, Riff becomes shy - he's never performed in a show before. With encouragement from Barney, Riff joins in and does what he knows best - making music!

BJ brings his toy plane to the park. When curiosity gets the best of Riff, he ends up taking the plane apart to see how it works. Luckily, BJ isn't mad and shows Riff how to put the plane back together. Meanwhile, Baby Bop is having fun playing with her homemade boat. But she really wants is to ride in a big boat. BJ and Riff build her quite the surprise!

Baby Bop is sad she lost her pet caterpillar Monty. Barney and friends try to help her find him. When they discover Monty inside a chrysalis, everyone is excited to watch him become a butterfly! As BJ sets up a bug zoo in the caboose, Riff isn't sure he wants to be around bugs. When the park magically transforms into a theater with performing insects, Riff discovers that bugs don't bug him at all.

When Riff loses his lucky medal, he's afraid he won't be able to play games at the Shapes Carnival. Barney and his friends show Riff he doesn't need his medal to have fun. After it rains, Baby Bop spies a beautiful rainbow. When the others come to see it...it's gone. Baby Bop is very disappointed, so Barney and the others paint their own rainbow.

An ordinary game of "hide and seek" takes a not-so-ordinary turn when Baby Bop claims that an elephant is hiding in the park! Barney and Riff are happy to play along, but BJ thinks that his sister may be "seeing things." Then, BJ and Riff have a friendly contest to see which of them can find the loudest sound in the park.

When Barney introduces shy Riff to some of his friends, Baby Bop ends up upset as the kids seem more impressed with Riff and his special talents. Barney helps Baby Bop discover there's more to being special than the things you can do. Then at the Art Festival in the park, BJ and Riff share some "musical art" and Baby Bop shares a painting of a very special friend...Barney!

The children in the park invite Barney to join them for a race. BJ and Baby Bop show him several ways to get ready for the big race by warming up and stretching. When BJ starts to feel sick after eating too many sweets, he lies down. Dreaming about a land where he eats as many sweets as he wants, BJ ends up with a big stomachache. Glad it was just a dream; BJ realizes he wants a healthy snack.

BJ and Riff find a pirate map, but in order to find the treasure, they have to be able to count. Since Baby Bop has not learned to count yet, Barney offers to help teach her so she can participate. And Baby Bop discovers the greatest treasure in the world. Then it's time for a music concert in the park. As Riff works on his "one-man band," the others make posters for the show.

BJ accidentally loses the dog he's sitting for, so Barney and his friends work together to find it. BJ discovers having a pet is a much bigger responsibility than he ever expected. When Baby Bop's favorite teddy bear is torn, Vet Barney and Vet Riff are there to help her out.

When Baby Bop is surprised by the first day of cold weather, it's Barney that helps her see that winter can be a wonderful time for fun. Then on a hot summer day, Barney teaches BJ about all the fun summer activities you can do. BJ gets so excited he decides to do a whole summer's worth of activities in one day! Barney shows BJ that summer means relaxation, too!
