The Day Henry Met

Today Henry meets a Cruise Ship and earns what a cruise is and how a cruise ship is like a hotel on the sea. Cruise Ship has a huge queue of holiday makers waiting to board but his Captain has gotten sea-sick and had to have the day off.

Henry meets a a stick of Candy Floss at the fair ground. All the fair ground workers all got sick from riding the Waltzers too many times so there's no-one to run the fair. It will have to close! Henry has to run all the fair ground attractions by himself.

Henry meets a milk bottle on his doorstep. Henry learns all about the benefits of drinking milk and where it comes from. There's no-one to deliver the milk in time for everyone breakfast!

Henry meets a motorcyle in a garage. Henry learns about the importance of safety equipment (helmet, pads, leathers) when riding a motorcycle and what stunts are.

Henry meets a Torch that hops out of an old drawer in the kitchen. Henry learns all about how torches work, what they are for and what a paranormal investigator is. Torch has always wanted to explore the Old Spooky House at the end of the street

Henry meets a Rose in a florist shop. Henry learns about Valentine's day, all the different types of flowers and what a florist does. It's Valentine's day, the busiest day of the year for flowers!

Henry meets a New York Taxi Cab that's sat in a garage at the Taxi Rank. Henry learns all about what Taxis are used for. What the “Big Apple” is and all the various sights of New York.

Henry meets a Snow Board in an extreme sports shop. Henry learns about all sorts of mountain based extreme sports. Snowboard has never been out of the shop, let alone down a proper mountain!

Henry meets an old worn out Gondola in a grotty boat yard. Henry learns all about boats and how they are used for transport for hundreds of years. Gondola has always wanted to cruise through the watery romantic streets of Venice

Henry meets an Ant in an ant farm. Henry learns about ants and how they live in a colony with a queen. Ant wants to get back to the rest of his colony in the garden but he's stuck in the ant farm. If only there was someone around to help him find his way.

Henry meets a a hockey stick who’s excited about the big championship game. The hockey stick explains the rules of hockey to Henry. But then the Hockey stick gets some bad news-the player he belongs to has lost his ice skates and can’t play!

Henry travels to Rome, one of oldest cities in the world, and meets Scooter, who delivers pizza to customers across the city.

Henry meets a Parachute in an aeroplane hanger/flight school. it looks like a little duffle bag with a rip cord attached. Henry learns all about skydiving, parachutes and how they work.

Henry meets a Hermit Crab on the beach. Henry learns about caring for the environment and animal welfare. Hermit Crab wants to find a nice new shell to make his home but the beach is so filthy with litter he can't find any. He has to use a baked bean can!

Henry meets an old Tool Box in the garage. Henry learns about all the different hand tools and what they do and what an invention is.

Today Henry meets a Husky and learns all about different breeds of dogs and about their important jobs. He learns that Huskys are used to pull sledges and Husky would love to travel across the arctic and see the Northern Lights.

Today Henry meets a Crown in a palace who is bored, she’d love to throw a medieval banquet. But you can’t hold a medieval banquet without a court jester to make everyone laugh, if only there was one around.

Henry meets a Leaflet outside a Museum. Henry learns all about the different exhibits at the Museum and what a Tour Guide does.

Today Henry meets a Saxophone in the city of Dublin and learns all about busking and different styles of music. Saxophones dream is to play in New Orleans with his old Jazz buddies but he needs a Jazz singer to put his band back together.

Henry meets a Roman chariot in a museum. Henry learns all about Roman times, gladiatorial games and chariot races. Chariot wants to take part in a chariot race but he never got the chance.

Today Henry meets a mop and bucket at an Aquarium, Mop and Bucket clean everything in the Aquarium. Henry learns all about the Aquarium and what sea life and animals lives there. He also learns about the important work an Aquarist does.

Today Henry meets a Paint Roller and learns all about painting. Paint Roller has to decorate a house before the new owners move in but the painter and decorator hasn’t shown up. But disaster averted Henry becomes a painter

Today Henry meet a Lute who sings and narrates everything in this episode. Henry learns all about renaissance fairs but Lute hasn’t been on any exciting adventures to sing about.

Today Henry meets a Library card in a library. Henry has a school project to do so needs a book on History. Library Card wishes she could experience history herself and not just read about events in books.
