In the forest, the Palan kids encounter a magical ping pong ball and invent a game they name Kalari ball. Veta kids find out and try to bully but Palan kids challenge a game. The game begins leading to the rise of an ancient magical maze. The kids panic to get out making mindless attempts. Eventually Beenu cracks the code. But getting Raaka to contribute as a team is a task altogether.

But getting Raaka to contribute as a team is a task altogether.

Palan kids are amused to find out that the Warrior Statue outside their gurukul is Veta’s BFF from childhood. The kids run into trouble when they accidently break the Warrior Statue’s staff and he turns alive and runs away. The kids resolve to get Veta’s BFF back before Veta comes back to meet his best friend with a promised gift.

Shyam keeps on playing pranks on everyone and doesn't do any of his training or chores. When confronted by Palan, he assures to do them tomorrow. But Palan tells him that tomorrow is his last day in Kalaripuram. Shocked, Shyam realizes how he didn’t utilized his time at Kalaripuram and decides to live his last day there to the fullest.

Seeing Langot’s constant clumsiness, once day Guru Veta orders him to leave the gurukul. Disheartened Langot leaves crying. But lekha and Mani along with Palan kids decide to train Langot. They try hard and convince Meena to do the task since her moves are the most elegant. Langot returns to Veta gurukul to showcase his refined moves.

Veta’s constant dissing and strict behavior towards Mani makes Mani wonder if Veta is his true father. Meena overhears his confession to Lekha and resolves to solve the misconception. The Palan kids and Veta kids team up to prove to Mani that Veta is indeed his true father.

For the Kalaripuram Dance Utsav, the kids are told to bring in a partner for the dance. Things go topsy-turvy as Beenu and Langot take efforts to ask Meena. Shyam and Raaka try their luck to ask Lekha, Unni-Ami fight and are without partners while Dhaana looks for a partner of his own. The kids realize that Kalari would be simpler than asking out a partner.

Shyam and Beenu comes across a book which shows an ancient technique of moving things using tele-kinetic energy. Beenu gets obseessed with the move and asks PAlan to teach him. Palan declines saying the move is dangerous and requires years of practice and Beenu is not ready yet. But Beenu makes his mind to learn the move and with the aid of Shyam start practicing it only to get into more trouble.

Palan and Veta along with their students are preparing to participate for the Puli Festival. Over the years Veta has been losing to Palan and so he uses a magical ingredient to increase his belly and defeat Palan. So much so that he starts inflating. Now it is upto Palan and Kids to save helpless Veta.

In an accident, Raaka gets a concussion and starts behaving totally opposite to his personality. He disagrees with Veta and joins Palan’s Gurukul. His extra nice behavior shocks everyone and slowly he becomes everyone’s favorite, making Beenu little insecure. Meanwhile Dhana keeps trying various tactics to bring Raaka back to his normal self.

Palan and Veta’s old friend and Kung Fu Master, Riki Fu and his two sons Hao-Chao Kalaripuram on a friendly trip. While the Kalari kids are thrilled to exchange notes on the two martial arts, Raaka decides to prove to the visitors that Kalari is better than Kung Fu. But the combat gets transformed into a friendly match and the true spirit of martial arts is revealed.

Five Beenu's have emerged in Kalaripuram and Beenu has to fight them before the day ends, or the clones would exist forever.

Unni and Ami have a major fight and swear to never talk to each other. Palan and other kids assume this fight is similar to the other hundreds of fights the twins have had. But to everyone’s surprise, Unni and Ami are staying true to their word. Beenu suggests a plan that would get Unni and Ami together and bring them closer.

During a charity auction at Palan’s Gurukul the twins accidently sell out Palan’s precious ancestral chest box. They ask Beenu and shyam for help to get it back from the person they sold it to. After a long day they find the man and request the chest back but the kids get back with something unexpected to be cherished for a long time.

Beenu has an encounter with a Lima, an animal though to be extinct. He tries to tell everyone but no one believes him. So he takes them to jungle but Lima doesn’t show up. Everyone leaves thinking Beenu is lying. But then suddenly Lima shows up and is in danger. Now it is up to Beenu to save his new friend.

Shyam’s sister, Pihu visits Palan Gurukul to spend time with Shyam. Shyam is really excited to introduce his friends to his darling little sister. Pihu plays the innocent sister in front of Shyam while she pulls off pranks on his friends, blaming them all and playing the victim. Beenu and gang decide to understand why Pihu is being the way she is.

Veta loses his Gurukul to an old rival Guru Nambi over a bet on a game of Carrom. Claiming the bet to be unfair, Veta challenges Nambi for a Kalari dual between their best students. Nambi agrees but cheats his way to victory. Palan and his student come to rescue and expose Nambi.

The dark spirits have been evoked by Guru Nambi and they seek the mystical staff in return. Palan and the Gurukul have to fight the legend.
