The crew encounters some ships, the remainders of the Commonwealth Fleet. The leaders went into hiding when the fighting broke out. They need to find them to restore order to the Commonwealth.

Dylan must defeat a false prophet who seeks to usurp power from the Triumvirs.

Dylan is sent on a mission by a triumvir, but is not well informed of the danger he faces. After a haphazard reentry from slipstream, the Andromeda is captured by a gravity field projected from the moon that is the target of their mission.

Dylan goes to a planet in response to the destruction of a Commonwealth ship, but he soon realizes that the scenarios that continue to play out are computer-generated.

Harper is the key note speaker at a conference on dealing with the Magog threat. When a scientist is kidnapped, and others are killed, the crew must figure out who is responsible.

Dylan hunts down an infamous criminal who has kidnapped a Commonwealth leader's daughter.

Dylan and the crew are put on trial by the Commonwealth. The Collectors now control the Commonwealth. The crew wants to escape, but Dylan wants to stick out the trial, to determine if he still has ANY allies in the Commonwealth he helped to rebuild.

Andromeda captures a smuggler with a shipment of bioarmor. They try to track down the origins of the armor. But there's more to the living armor than they first realize.

Harper's experiment on an unfinished cloaking device goes awry, and Dylan ends up in an alternate reality.[Showcase Channel]

The crew rescues two people from a spaceship - leaders of opposing sides in a long civil war on a nearby planet. The two warring sides have built an immense wall separating the northern and southern halves of the planet.[Showcase Channel]

The Collectors have been using a drug to modify people's behavior, discovering their fears in efforts to control or break them. This is their solution for dealing with Dylan. [Showcase Channel]

After being repeatedly attacked by bounty hunters after several evasive slipstream jumps, Dylan determines that there must be a mole on board. [Showcase Channel]

While on a mission on the Eureka Maru, Dylan, Rhade and Harper are captured by the Templars. [Showcase Channel]

The Andromeda encounters the Arkology, a society that they believe is the closest to perfection humanity will ever achieve. [Showcase Channel]

Beka decides to leave the crew to fight for themselves. Trance tells them that they will never be as they are again. The Magog Worldship finally re-encounters the Andromeda after two years.[Showcase Channel]
